They had my car for a week, I got it back and the paint was wrong, they put the wrong light bulb in my headlight and didn’t bother to fix the windshield wiper. So we called and took it back they had it for 2 weeks and I get it back and the paint is still wrong and they broke the windshield. So we called they said they would call us early in the week to bring it back to get fixed for an 3rd time and it is Thursday and still haven’t heard from them. So they had my car for 3 weeks so far and it’s still not fixed and has a new issue with the broken windshield

My car was transferred from O’Fallon MO to Overland MO. I was ensured the repairs would be completed quicker (which wasn’t a concern) and that the quality of the repairs would be as good as if the car were repaired at the O’Fallon MO location. I dropped my car off June 5, 2024. Today is July 31, 2024 and still no vehicle. It was transferred back to O’Fallon. The repairs did not pass a quality check…Why would the other shop have released it if the repairs were not up to par??? So, reworking the botched paint and bondo job. In doing so, they damaged a part being reworked and the parts are back ordered. Everyone wants to blame someone else. It wasn’t our fault, we didn’t do it, etc etc. If I were REWORKING a customers car, I’d make sure I was careful and methodical. Oh, they trashed my interior. Headliner, carpet, dash, seats. Filthy. My kids, one of whom is disabled and has breathing issues rides in this. They say it will be detailed. Not good enough. Sloppy and I will never utilize this or any other Caliber Collision again.
