There was glass shards in my car upon pickup. The passenger side was missing a bolt. The gentleman did address both issues. Enterprise reflects my car was ready on 4/10 but it was ready on 4/11. The gentleman at Caliber did state he closed my ticket out on 4/11.

Excellent organization with enterprise rental, all hail damage was repaired and communication was impeccable. The shop offers a web service which lists your insurance agents and a bar showing your repairs: Received, Starting, Finished, Picked up. A++
