The staff at the Overland MO location are wonderful! Jake and Amy give superb customer service. They kept me updated on the repairs and explained everything that would be done to get my vehicle back to looking new, and they did a superior job. I was quite happy to find they had even vacuumed her out prior to my picking her up. If I am ever in need of body work in the future, Caliber in Overland is where I will be headed. It will also get referrals to anyone who asks me if I 'know a place'.
