This is the second time I am bringing the car to the shop to fix things that weren’t fixed when I picked up the car. The first time I was advised the car was ready the whole back rubber was still bent and the car trunk/back door was clicking when going in place.

They were very friendly. It was a pretty easy process when I went in to them. However, they told me they would call & give me updates after I dropped my car off. I didn’t get a single call & I had to call them everyone for an update.

I was not notified or communicated with regarding my vehicle. I had to initiate contact with the repair shop. They told me that my car would be ready on Wednesday, which it wasn’t. I was not notified or communicated regarding the delay. I gave it until Friday in which I contacted them again and they told me that it would be ready Friday. It was not. I reached out Monday and they said that it would be ready late afternoon, I didn’t get my car back until 5pm. Very disappointed and unprofessional customer service
