Jake and Veronica were really helpful. I came in frustrated because the call center had given me misinformation, but overall, my experience with those two was fantastic. Jake kept me in the loop on the process the entire time, and I felt like my car was in good hands. Since they were replacing a broken window, there was a lot of glass throughout the car and Jake took extra time to vacuum it thoroughly which is very appreciated! The car was washed, wiped down, and vacuumed by pick up and that was a really nice extra touch.
