I did not receive timely updates and was told car would be ready 3 times over the last 7 days that the car was there. It was very frustrating to make plans to pick up car and the be told it wasn’t ready. The text system didn’t work and the receptionist claimed she had a wrong number and couldn’t call. I never received any emails either
