Jake and Veronica was very thorough, they kept me informed step by step from the time I dropped my vehicle off until I picked it up. They were very professional, pleasant and friendly. I could not have asked for better individuals to assist me or better hands to leave my vehicle in. I’ve had a vehicle at a different Caliber Collision Center and I received the same treatment. I can’t get my window on the driver side to go down, which is a new problem. I understand the regulator isn’t working properly, but I just assumed that was because we were t-boned. I think the plan is to bring the car back and have the window looked at in the regulator replaced. After the first day of getting the car back, I had multiple lights come on, including the check engine light and the airbag light. The check engine lightseems to have resolved itself. I can’t say the same for the airbag light. Lastly, the bodywork on the driver side quarter panel and the drivers door looks immaculate. The same can be said for the driver side passenger door. I am amazed at the body work. I’m also amazed at the professionalism of the staff in Overland. The manager seems incredibly knowledgeable. I’m sure we can get these other remaining issues resolved, and hopefully sooner than later.
