I had gotten into a little fender bender on the driver side rear door and it was pretty banged up, but after picking it up when it was all done everything was lined up perfectly and couldn’t even tell it was all dented up. They did an amazing job.

I am completely satisfied with repair. The front desk associate & estimate associate were extremely professional and fully explained everything to me. I appreciated the helpfulness. The repair technician also fully explained the repair with realistic expectations of timeliness of completion. The repair was completed in just 2 days and it looks excellent. I am extremely satisfied with the service I received. I am thankful to all of them.

So were any repairs made to my car? I can’t tell because visible damages are still there. Jake, I believe that’s his name, chose the “repairs” he wanted to make without seeking my input. He said he wanted to save my car from being totaled, but why was that not communicated? I even called a few times to inquire on the car but could not get much details, only that the estimate was just a start. His final excuse was that he had baby brain. Note: I did point out the visible damages in July from flying debris. Then I waited over two months for an actual appointment. My car was there for over a week and I can’t tell what was repaired. The only notable difference is in the gas mileage. The back wiper is still damaged as well. I specifically mentioned this to Veronica when I dropped off the car, and Jake said he would order one and contact me in a few days, but no calls yet. I chose this shop because of the high reviews online and waited patiently, but for what? The insurance payout seems to only benefit the shop, leaving me with more repairs.
