Mark was very nice and always got back to me, but I don't feel like I ever understood the whole scope of the project, the timing, or when delays happened why and how they affected the repairs. I think there should be tons more communication and an overall timeline of the repair should be sent.

The left front fender is loose. I can put my fingers in the gap and pull the fender from the front bumper. Might be an easy fix, but I don't want to rent a car to fix something that should have been done correctly during the insurance period.

Everyone was friendly but I did feel I pushed for final pick up dates. The repair took nearly 30 days, the paint machine was down just like the previous repair I tuned in to Caliber.
