I've never experienced such overall pleasant customer service with full knowledge of what was going on with my car every step of the way. It's nice having information sent to me without having to wonder, especially since my car had multiple issues which took longer to repair. I felt very comfortable asking questions and even received more information about issues that I would have never thought to about. My rental car was set up thru insurance for me & called to pick me up when we decided I needed to leave car & I hadn't set up anything yet. Most places rush you thru getting basic information & let you know when car is ready, take your $ & push you out the door. Thank you for helping me make this a pleasant experience!!

Several interior pieces had to be fixed after we got the vehicle home. There were some scratches on the vehicle that we not there when we brought it in.
