Ruben was an exceptional communicator. Aside from the creative texts I received from my car saying "it was being taken care of and happy", Ruben would call me periodically with updates. He even ordered an extra part outside of the insurance claim for the IPhone connection (which I happily paid for separately) and went with me on a test drive to see if I could replicate the noise I had initially described to him prior to repairs being performed. I highly commend Ruben and I will highly recommend Caliber Collision to anyone needing auto body repairs.
