Everyone was very courteous, respectful and helpful. I think the cost of materials or parts are high. You need to address the cost of parts with your suppliers! I have no problem with labor costs, workers deserve a good fair living wage, I hope this is the case.

Although the accident was scary, and I'm sorry to say my Farmers Insurance Agent completely dropped the ball, Caliber Collision went above and beyond my expectations. They really took care of my family and myself. I will HIGHLY RECOMMEND Caliber Collision to any and ALL. My car LOOKS FANTASTIC! The staff was great and went the extra mile to ensure that my car was done right. They worked with me as far as transportation to and from the shop while I didn't have a car which helped a lot. The repairs were like new.
