Oxnard center was great and very helpful. Call center was very uninformed and lacked communication with the Oxnard center which caused me problems and prolonged the repair service. So very dissatisfied with the call center, but satisfied with the Oxnard center.

All staff were very nice. Sandra and Ruben did good jobs on damage/repairs. My car looked brand new. They washed it, vacuumed it, folded blankets on back seat and gave me touch up paint. Good job!
