The staff was absolutely phenomenal. Keep me informed about my car repair at all times. I had a choice of going anywhere. I elected caliber after meeting Ruben. He made me feel very comfortable. The people there are a 10+. The marketing and communication process whereby you're contacting my husband several times a day despite me telling you when I dropped the car off that this was MY car and I would prefer all communications come to me....annoying and unnecessary.
