Customer service experience was awesome. I was kept up to date with all changes. Also was very satisfied knowing that the car rental was on the same page. That made it all a smooth transition. Also was surprised that both insurance companies were included in all the updates. All who were involved in this first time experience deserve recognition. I was happy with the way they explain to me all the details the car needed to be done. Especially the patience Adrian had with me to go over the car details. And the girl in the front desk. Can’t remember her name. But she’s really sweet and nice short hair not the tall brownish hair

I had a broken windshield and a piece broken on my rear view mirror. I’ve had the pleasure of meeting with Carlos Leal, he automatically made me feel comfortable as a customer. The whole insurance part of this made it so difficult and stressful, but Carlos made this whole process so much more calming and easier. He always communicated with me and kept me up to date and was always welcoming and respectful. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience here, thank you Carlos! :)
