I had to return a few days after the car was "ready" to get a missing trim piece installed. That was fast and not that bad besides taking the time to go to the shop. However, the door that was damaged and replaced no longer unlocks properly with my key in my pocket as it did before. Also, the alarm has been randomly sounding off for some reason. I don't know if it is related to the door and its sensors, but even after the door was damaged, everything was unlocking and working fine. Only after the repair and replacement of any parts did I begin to have these problems. I am still waiting for a call for some other part (door handle or something else) to come in so the problem can be addressed and resolved.

A job well done indeed. From the very beginning I was very impressed. From the girls at the front desk to Nolan explaining in detail every step and process of the work that was going to be done on my vehicle. Nolan really took the time to explain the plan of action they were going to take. I am very satisfied with the work and would highly recommend Caliber Collision to anyone looking to have repairs done to their vehicle. There is a saying in the Navy when someone does good work and the saying is “Bravo Zulu” which is one of the highest compliments one can receive and it simply means, “Job Well Done” so, BZ Nolan!
