The whole experience from drop off to pickup was pleasant and professional. Caliber and their staff kept me updated on the progress and roadblocks throughout the whole process. Having to deal with car repairs after an accident can be stressful and overwhelming so I am glad that this portion of the process went so smooth. If I ever need any bodywork done because of an accident or other, you can be sure that Caliber will be the first place I call.

Rigo provided the smoothest experience in my accidental claims process. I really appreciated the honesty and the almost daily updates on my vehicle. He outlined all the options that I could take in regards to my repairs and let me choose what best suited me without any pressure. I am not satisfied at all. I took my truck to get my bumper fixed, I had full function AC working on my truck, I picked up my truck And when I got in my driver's seat was lean half back and AC was in full blast. My AC was 100% cold when I dropped it off now it's not blowing cold air. You guys are telling me that you guys painted the side of the bed and it's not painted it was only buff, but that is not my concern what I care about it's my AC that was 100% working when I took it and when I receive my keys my driver's seat was lean back with the AC full blast. This is not acceptable. There was no reason for somebody to be touching my AC or relaxing in my truck, my truck was there to get fixed not to get more damage.
