The estimator, Josh at the Palmdale location,, who handled my repair after I was rear-ended, was amazing! On Tuesday, when I let him know that I needed my car back asap, he let me know that he would try for Tuesday the following week. Then 3 days later on Friday he called to let me know that the team had gotten my repair done 4 days earlier! Josh is absolutely amazing and is a fantastic representative for Caliber Collision! He made a really tough experience, so much better!

I had an excellent experience with this Caliber after my car needed repair from it being Vandalized. The team was professional, friendly, and kept me updated throughout the entire process. The repair work was outstanding my car looks as good as new! They also handled everything with my insurance, which made things so much easier. The job was completed on time, and the pricing was fair. An absolute amazing customer service and the work is so perfect, was worried my driver side would look different compared to the rest of the car but I was so amazed how it blend in with the car hole car they went beyond my expectations definitely the right place to go if you want it done right! They literally pay attention to every detail even details I didn’t know I had, details I missed and the job was done vary quick also a plus because they text you with all the details being done to it and give you an estimate time of finish which in my case my car was done on a Friday ready for the weekend which was a perfect timing for me.
