Josh was the best. He explained everything and made sure I understood the process. Only issue was bad communication from another person when he was out that week costing me $140 of rental fees. Receptionist was also very helpful

I took my van because it was referred by my insurance it got been in a car accident. So I figured they will do the best to get my car fix how it was before the car accident, My son that is in college notice that the bumper was not properly fix, My wife pick up the van but honestly shes still not in good shape, she didn't notice the van before bringing the car home, so the next morning my son did. Hugo told my wife that it was like that so that's how they left it, ofcurse it was like that it was in a accident, before the accident it was not like that. The shop got 1 job to fix the bumper all the way not just the minor stuff, how ridiculous was his response to my wife it was like that there supposed to be professional. So if they ask me if I would recommend them ofcurse NOT.
