Staff very personable, but I feel they failed to identify certain mechanical discrepancies to certain parts in vehicle . After picking up truck, noticed vibration on vehicle , turns out problem with U joints and transmission mounts . Vehicle sustained damage in left rear wheel , damage to to suspension and possible damage to transmission Mount.

I had to loose a day of work to go back because the passenger window would not go all the way down and the doors sounded like tin cans when closing them. I went back the fixed the window and put sound barrier stuff in the door panels and it was like new again.
