The barcode stickers on the new parts were partially torn off instead of being completely removed. Visible under the car.

Upon completion of service staff was ok but when we had to comeback to get a noise checked out that the car was making.. they were quick to tell my wife she probably ran over something and was dragging it, without even looking under the car. We also told him that the noise was noticeable when the window was down. He preceeded to roll up the window and turn the radio on.
