Excellent service, but the first day that I took my car in I wasn’t pleased with the greeting. I felt like there was an attitude with energy that my issue wasn’t important, and maybe being grouped with bad experiences from my culture and every person that walks in should feel like they matter regardless of bad experiences or not.
