Not sure if the discrepancies with the headlamps were due to a mix-up or if the shop was trying to save time/money by putting poor quality headlamps on the car.

The first initial repair was not up to my expectations. The headlamps were replaced with used, oxidized headlamps, which were of lesser quality than the headlamp originally on my car. After contacting Caliber, they reordered the headlamps and reinstalled with no charge. So in the end, I am happy with the quality, but it took a few trips to the shop to get it right.

After contacting them with the quality issues of my repair, they offerd to pick the car up from my work and fix the issues. It was nice that I didnt have to coordinate dropping the car off and getting a ride to work. They were also very communicative throughout the process, giving me phone calls with status updates.
