I was asked by a young lady “do you have a sister or cousin who can pick the car for you” bec I wasn’t available when the car was ready .. although based on a text I received I took a day off work to pick up my car but later on in the day I received another text saying it wouldn’t be ready until the next day .. I am the only insured person that is allowed to drive my car so that question to me was insanel!! … I had to reach out to State Farm to make sure my vehicle would be safe until I was able to pick it up .. subsequently the same person that asked me the question was the same person that called back to assure me my car would be fine … 30 minutes of unnecessary stress

Excellent communication; I was informed of the work from start to finish with pictures and videos and text. I was quoted a delivery date and they finished 2 days early. The work was excellent loos better than when I purchased. I definitely will recommend and give them 10 out of 10!
