I chose Caliber Collision because a friend had a great experience a few months ago so I thought I’d give them a try.. I was completely satisfied with the company and their staff from start to finish. They kept me informed on EVERYTHING that happened with my vehicle from when it arrived to each step and where the staff was on the job. I received text messages and pictures for and of my car everyday. It honestly made me feel like my car was in good hands because most times you get your car fixed and don’t hear anything for days. This company and its staff deserve recognition! When I picked up my vehicle both staff that I spoke with one being John Meyers and I apologize I do not remember the other guys name but both were great. Both had smiles that I can even see behind these masks we all are wearing. Last but not least with everything going on with COVID-19 my deductible of 500$ was waived due to me working in the medical field. I can’t explain how good that felt. After already feeing like my car was being taken care of in the best ways it could ever possibly be to feeling like I mattered as well. I cannot thank Caliber Collision and it’s staff enough.
