Honestly, all the shop did was popped pieces back in placed and replaced something that wasn't necessary. Instead of practicing best business ethics and displaying integrity, the shop forced an insurance claim by boosting up the labor time spent. The repairs are not satisfactory standards.

Everything seems to look good and operating properly since ive picked up my vehicle. The service was great and John was awesome!! I was updated every step of the way regarding the repair process, along with estimated deadlines. My questions were answered quickly. I appreciated the professionalism during a difficult time. I found nothing wrong with the service or body of my car at pickup, but would like to make a suggestion. I appreciated the surface wash but my car still had a considerable amount of dust on the inside. A complete (beyond surface) detail added to my overall service would have been a nice addition. Although I felt whole and complete when I picked up my car, I wanted to feel like I was getting a "new start". A complete detail would have provided that feeling for me as I did not want any reminders that I had been in an accident. Please consider adding a thorough detail to your overall restoration service. Thanks again to John and Karen for their professionalism and the gentleman who I picked the car up from whose name has escaped me
