John is not a friendly person in the mornings. The morning I dropped my car off to be repaired he told Crystal when she arrived an update and told her and " he has been here since 730 for an 830 appt". Yes I was early but have always been and will continue to be. John I am sorry I bothered you waiting in your waiting area. Thanks
