Great customer service overall, but there was some upfront confusion. I had scheduled my initial appointment and Caliber had arranged for a rental car. When I showed up for the appointment, I was informed that it was only for an estimate. Enterprise had showed up with a rental car, only to be turned away. Not a big deal overall but it seems that there was a communication breakdown somewhere.
