The shop was able to work with me to get my car finished very quickly after the last part came in, and was very communicative. I had a road trip planned the same day the car was due to be finished (the day the last part came in), and due to caliber’s communication and effort, I got my car back before the trip and did not have to change my plans.

Everyone at Caliber was super friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. They stayed in touch throughout the whole process and went above and beyond in helping me with the process of returning my rental car when my car was all finished. I would 100% recommended them.

The reason why I give it a 7 is due to a couple things that i thought where going to also get fixed like the fenders because they are still bent from the crash and also the the hood does not close correctly it has to be slammed shut. Their is also a hood gap between the hood and fender I am not sure if that’s what is causing it to not close properly.
