I found a bumper fitment issue, and quality issue in the rear taillight as it seemed have water condensation. James was extremely courteous and said that he will address the issue. Otherwise I would have scored it 1

The repair on my 2014 VW Jetta TDI Sportwagen looks Awesome! It really was a nice job. I was very impressed with the texts that were sent to me throughout the repair process. I was never in the dark and I knew exactly where Caliber was on the repair of my vehicle.
