The repair on my 2014 VW Jetta TDI Sportwagen looks Awesome! It really was a nice job. I was very impressed with the texts that were sent to me throughout the repair process. I was never in the dark and I knew exactly where Caliber was on the repair of my vehicle. Really appreciate the professional staff that Caliber employs, from your courteous and thoughtful receptionist, Andrea, to James, who kept me apprised throughout the process, to the technicians that did a wonderful job on my vehicle. Caliber did a great job of communicating to me throughout the process (via text, which is totally ok for me) about where my vehicle was in the process, all the way through to completion. They made the trade in process infinitely easier by allowing me to drop it off with them and then taking care of it for me. That was super helpful. Their pasco staff was nice, kind, friendly and as far as I can tell after just 1/2 day back with my car… that they did a fantastic job. I would highly recommend them to anyone.
