I’m absolutely thrilled with the repairs! From the second I contacted the team at the Pasco Caliber Collision I was well taken care of and the team was more than communicative from the front desk all the way back to the mechanics who worked on my car. Throughout the entire process i was updated and knew i was in good hands the moment i met the mechanic Chris. I can't say enough to say how satisfied I am. It started with Angelina who called me after Safeco notified you guys. Then I met James who went over my damage with me. He kept me informed through the entire process and explained everything. When my repairs were done I was able to drive my rental car and leave it with you guys making it even easier to handle on my lunch break. Jesus ( the Gm ) came out to make sure I was happy. This is my first accident and while I never want to go through this again... if I do.... Caliber is my place. Great staff.. great customer service and extremely convenient from start to finish.
