The two times I was there, the service was great. Very kind people and they encourage questions from the customer and are willing to explain the whole process. Though, their text updates were very sparse leading me to find out the expected return date from the insurance company instead of Caliber themselves.

Our car took a long time and we had to call almost every 2 weeks to get an update. They only started calling at the end when the parts were on and it was getting painted.

It took longer than I expected, but it looks factory fresh. A solution offered to refinish the running greatly improved their looks. I was thinking about getting different ones, but now I really like how these look.

Without hesitation. I appreciated the repair supervisor going over the car with us and explaining what was done and encouraging us to return if something was amiss.

So far so good, everything seems to be in working order but haven't driven it much yet.

I was a little frustrated initially as told could get car in promptly, but due to delays w towing company and insurance approval, not to mention an icey winter, I was shocked that it took 3 months to get the car into the shop and 2 months to fix, 5 months total from the time of the accident. But, everyone at Calliber were courteous and informative and kept me posted as to.the progress once the car was in the shop
