Everyone one was super friendly from the front desk to the crew working on my car. A part needed was on national backorder, hard to find, something along those lines. I really don't know of any companies that will order 2 of the same part. Both parts came in at the same time and Caliber installed the ome one. I was worried about how long it would take but well informed with the entire process with my car. I will definitely use Caliber Collision again. Thank you to everyone involved at Caliber Collision my car looks so much nicer then when I purchases it off the car lot.

We were very satisfied with body repairs . The shop sent our car to dealership to ensure calibration was done right which we appreciated. We had an issue with dealership but it seems to be resolved . Caliber did go above and beyond to make sure things were right !
