Caliber was amazing from start to finish! The staff was friendly and welcoming & took the time to explain everything to me and allowed me to ask a million questions. I never felt rushed or judged. James is phenomenal - very knowledgeable and communicative. My repair is beautiful and they even vacuumed the inside of my car completely, which I was not expecting but after a stressful year where I had neglected the inside of my car it truly means the world to me and I’m so grateful.

Car wasn’t done in the time frame said. Did not prep right, paint has scuff and scratches as well as the clear coat. Sensor for rear windshield defrost wasn’t plugged in. Reverse camera wasn’t placed centered.

Headlights seem aimed too high. I can hardly tell the difference between high and low. Several people flashed high beams at me this a.m. Otherwise fabulous service.
