I was pleased with overall communication but felt like I had to call and get updates instead of them reaching out. The GM calling and providing updates was great but at the end of the day the problem was with their vendor of the protective film. I was just caught in the crossfire waiting.

Elizabeth was professional and thorough. I did need to return today due to a small area of driver side of bumper that came loose. I had pushed back in last evening and it did not come loose when we looked at it at the shop. Elizabeth asked me to monitor and return if it comes loose again.
