When I first dropped the car off, the parts had not been ordered, and the overall experience was not the best. I also did not receive the regular text updates as mentioned, but ultimately, the repair was only 4 days longer than initially expected, and I really appreciated the fact my car was washed and shining when I picked it up! Overall, the repair work looked great- no concerns with that!
