Elizabeth, Brandon and Regan(sp?), were super. Easy to work with, communicated often and well, it was a really good experience. I'd say great but that doesn't seem appropriate when getting collision work done but it was very close. I was reticent about using Caliber as an experience in Durham NC with another Caliber shop was not good. Of note, I really appreciated the can do attitude when it seemed like that location might be at capacity the team offered to take our vehicle and have it towed to a local Caliber that had room on their schedule. That's really taking care of the customer it made me feel like we were in good hands, which made a lot of complex logistics on our end much easier and I'm grateful for it.
