The woman at the front desk was a bit unfriendly initially and seemed to be frustrated with other customers and myself. She eventually became very nice following her brief respite to collect her thoughts but her demeanor was not inviting initially.

While the repair appears to be adequate, the right bumper has slight play, which the technician tells me can't be improved on. Concerning about this is that the tech stated that he wasn't aware of the condition until I mentioned it to him.
