The repairs were flawless.. in fact Joe Eckenrod even made sure my " Goodness Gracious" sticker on rear bumper was carefully removed & reapplied on new bumper. Car was spotless when I picked up too.

Everything went very smooth. Joe Eckenrod was my service advisor, and he did a great job all around. He was very personable and did a good job walking me through the repair process at my initial estimate appointment, and went over all the repairs with me when I picked up my car. Credit to Bonnie at the front desk, as well. She got me scheduled in for repairs and made the paperwork/rental side of it all very easy. I had a great overall experience and would recommend Caliber to anyone needing repairs to their vehicle.

They did a beautiful job with the blending and the paint color match! I was very impressed with every step of the process and everyone who helped along the way! I also very much enjoyed the text message updates about how the repair was going and they got my car done almost a week ahead of scheduled! I’m very impressed with Joe and how easy and quickly he got back to me with questions and explained everything very well! They also fixed my bent door frame and pulled the dent out of my bumper which was previous damage! They did that as a courtesy and I could not be happier with this company and Joe and Bonnie! Thank you very much again!

They did a beautiful job with the color blending and all the repairs and pieces that needed fixed! Joe was very knowledgeable and kept me very informed through the whole process. He was very nice and helpful in every way possible. They had my car done a week before it said it would be done was absolutely amazing! They even went as far as fixing a big previous dent in my back bumper and fixed my bent door frame! Bonnie was also very nice and sweet every time I came in to the shop offered my kids water and pop corn and me coffee! I was highly highly satisfied and will for sure be back again! I am also recommending Calliber Collision to all my friends and family! Above and beyond and I was super impressed!

Since Mike’s body shop became Caliber, the biggest change is the environment around the shop. Cars were nicely parked, no junk or garbage. The job is also great. Car was thoroughly cared and repaired as if it’s a brand new. We are completely satisfied.
