From day one, they took the time to answer my questions and review the steps and processes. With the text messages, I was kept up to date on developments and any changes. This is especially welcome considering how busy it is in general during the holidays. Finally, streamlined pickup and drop-off of the car rental was a very nice touch. I was happy with the convenience of not having to separately deal with that. This is top notch customer service.
