Came out with more problems than coming in. Tire pressure was too low when they put a new tire on (couldn’t have checked that?) there is a problem with the keyless remote system that we have no idea how to fix it (there’s a beeping to let us know these problems everytime we turn the car on, it wasn’t obvious when you did final checks?) and finally the windshield fluid doesn’t work but who knows if that’s even related. Did the job but left us to figure out the issues you created on our own

Just wanted to say that working with Caliber Collision on the repair of my car was truly a tremendously, wonderful experience, from start to finish!! Kevin walked me through my whole repair process step by step, giving updates and progress reports along the way!! Not only is the customer service impeccable, the work they do is noteworthy as well!! My KIA looked just as good as it did when we purchased it!! For ANYONE looking for a quality, trustworthy collision center, Caliber Collision is the place to go...not only do I recommend them for anyone else, I'm more than committed to using their services again, that is IF I ever need to again!!

Joe at Caliber kept me updated with every process on my car, especially if there was a delay due to parts not being available. I’m satisfied with the outcome. I did notice a couple small tears on the inside on my door handle in the leather, but I’m sure I can get that taken care of.
