I highly recommend Caliber and will be a lifetime customer. After an initially frustrating situation with a no fault accident, the team at Caliber was able to make the repair process seamless and exceeded all of my expectations! The repairs look amazing and could not be more appreciative of the entire process. I specifically appreciate Brittany for her patience with all of my questions and helping fix my initial rental reservation. I initially booked at the wrong location and she was able to correct it to have a car waiting for me at drop off. She was also able to locate a missing garage door opener after the repair was complete and kept it safe until I could pick it up the next day. Brittany taking these extra steps goes a long way for me and Caliber will be my first call for any future car repairs because of her exceptional customer service!
