Daniel was our technician and he was great. He was friendly, thorough, and he didn’t waste any time in getting the quote for the work and getting me in for an appointment as soon as possible for the repair to my car. It was a great experience all around and hopefully I won’t need any more collision care, but I will return if I do.

Excellent job! The entire process was almost seamless. There was a small hiccup with a part that was left off the original quote but it was handled very professionally. Everyone is very communicative. I am currently handling claims for 4 different vehicles and Caliber has been the best so far, hands down. This was the owner of our company’s truck so I felt extra pressure to make sure everything went well and Caliber delivered!
