We couldn't be happier , not only did they do a fantastic job it was done almost two weeks prior to the original date ! Dan in particular was a great help , kept us informed on the progress and when we told him our loaner was about to expire he stepped up and got the job done twelve Days early ! Best customer service I've experienced in yrs ! Not only a fantastic repair job but we told them that our loaner was set to expire and they got the car done twelve days early ! We simply could not have been more pleased ! Gotta mention Dan also , he was instrumental in getting the car in and then with getting it done so soon ! Great job !!!

Caliber Collision did a remarkable job with repairing our Highlander after a deer collision on the interstate. Most importantly they communicated with us frequently and explained what was happening at each step. They gave us a potential delivery date and actually got it finished a week in advance!
