Caliber Collision made the process easy, but what really set them apart was their communication! It was excellent. The only recommendation I have is to put a designated key drop box (garage door mail slot or drop box) at the Pittsburgh Saw Mill Run location.

I was pleasantly surprised when I picked up the car and it was washed and detailed on the inside. It was also helpful that I could drive the rental car to pick up my car without having to go to the rental place first and then be driven over. It was a time saver and appreciated.
