The repair itself is (seems) great, and everyone at the shop was extremely friendly. I was dissatisfied and disappointed with how the long the repairs took and the lack of communication/updates during the process. I had to call several times to request updates after being told my vehicle would be ready “tomorrow.” Again, everyone was very kind and helpful when I called. Just an overall frustrating experience with timeliness.

The repair itself is great. I appreciate the attention to detail with the fixes. The repair just took longer than a month and communication was lacking in that time frame. I was told “tomorrow” for a pickup day several times, and would then be disappointed to not be contacted about a pickup time. The people I spoke with at the shop were incredibly nice, but I’d have to go out of my way to get an update. Made an already very inconvenient situation even more frustrating
