This was by far the BEST collision experience I have ever had and I’ve had a few accidents in my day. Every single staff member was so kind and caring but the best part was it felt like it was more than a job to them. Our car was finished well before the estimated date. Everything about this experience was wonderful. This was my daughter’s first car accident and I am overjoyed that this was her first experience with getting her car fixed. I can’t thank everyone enough...especially Doug for the constant updates. I never felt worried or wondered the status of the car.

Very impressed by the level of service. The team communicated with me the whole time. When I initially setup with my insurance to use Caliber in Plainfield it was at night so I knew the next day that i would need to reach out to step up the appointment. But they were on the spot and actually called me first. Quality of work is amazing. Fixed my problems and blended then old and new in perfectly. Looks great. They even got my truck down early. Awesome i would absolutely use them again if I ever had too. Doug and the team over there are great and the office mgr up front was beyond helpful as well!!
