From the very beginning, the customer service was incredible. From the person who helped me with paperwork to the person who assessed my vehicle to the mechanics who fixed the vehicle, everyone was great! The car looked like I just drove it off the lot. Caliber was able to get my vehicle towed for me. The damage to the vehicle was explained as well as what repairs were necessary. Texts were sent to provide the estimate and to keep me informed if the progress of repairs. The car was returned 4 days before the estimated completion date and was clean and shiny. The receptionist and staff were courteous and helpful. Highly recommended. Thanks!

From beginning to sign off and drive away, the service was kind, thorough and efficient. Caliber was the only service that actually looked under the hood when obtaining the estimate. (The damage was in the front corner) Heather was very efficient and friendly She aswered all my questions and explained the process completely. Jon was. Very thorough and kept me informed though out the repairs. Everyone I had the pleasure to encounter went above and beyond with service and kindness. Thank you.

Staff was very friendly and got my car done a lot sooner that expected. I was kept in the loop on the progress of my car the whole time which made my experience a lot more comforting. Due to the reason I was there the staff made my situation funny and enjoyable but at the same time professional and I almost forgot my car was damaged because of the good time I had.
