Great job of communication about what was going on with my vehicle on a regular basis. Also, I was in a time crunch of needing to get the vehicle repaired prior to me going out of state and you guys finished 2 days earlier than projected which allowed me to drive my vehicle and not a rental. Thanks so much for the all around excellent service.

Everyone involved with the repair of my vehicle was professional and very compassionate given that my accident happened during COVID19 pandemic. Delays were understandable because of the current public health situation. Doug was VERY upfront and gave great updates throughout the entire process.
